JOHN
A. PALUMBO TO SPEAK AT THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF BANKRUPTCY TRUSTEES ANNUAL
CONFERENCE
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (July 29, 2011) -
The National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees (NABT) has invited John A. Palumbo, nationally-recognized
bankruptcy asset expert, to speak at their Annual Conference. The event is to take place at the
Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island from September 21 - 24, 2011.
Mr. Palumbo was hand-picked for the panel,
“Non-Traditional Assets/Weird Assets: Finding, Liquidating and Recapturing including Sec.546(e) Assets you
find, assets you recover and assets you develop.” The panel will address the unusual world of turning
difficult assets into cash in order to make meaningful distributions to creditors. John Palumbo’s 25 years of
bankruptcy experience have provided the knowledge of such topics that continually garners him the invitation
to speak at such NABT events.
The National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees is a
nonprofit association that was formed in 1982. Each year, NABT hosts a spring
seminar and annual convention. The annual convention, held in the late summer, draws over 500
people. Both events offer accredited educational sessions and social events.
